Yes, we can engrave your brand name or logo if you order 500 pieces or more of the same item.

Do your products meet quality standards?
Yes, our products meet international standards like ISO, CE, and FDA.

Discounts & Promotions

Do you give bulk discounts?
Yes. The more you order, the better the price. Discounts start from 100 pieces per item.

Do you have special offers?
We sometimes offer seasonal deals. Join our newsletter or talk to our sales team to stay updated.

Can we use a promo code with a discount?
Yes, promo codes work even after the bulk discount, unless we say otherwise.

What is the minimum order size?
Our usual minimum is 100 pieces per item. But for samples, you can order 20 pieces.

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and letters of credit for big orders.

How long does delivery take?
Normal items take 2 to 4 weeks. Custom items may take 4 to 6 weeks.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship all over the world by courier (DHL, FedEx) or by cargo for large shipments.

Can I get a sample?
Yes. We give up to 3 free samples. You only pay for the shipping.

Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. Our instruments have a lifetime warranty against material issues, and 2 years for factory faults.

Can we ask for custom packaging?
Yes. We offer special packaging with your branding for large orders (1,000+ pieces).

What if we receive damaged or wrong items?
You can return or replace faulty items within 14 days. Please contact us first before sending them back.
